TGI( almost) Friday!!

Summer is such a delicious time of year. Though one can get their "sweet" cravings fixed with ice cream and frozen yogurt, this is the best time to fill up on some of nature's treats. Here are some of our favorite no-bake fruit snacks using this season's delicious produce:

* Easy Creamy Fruit Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 8 ounce bar of cream cheese (softened)
  • Sliced fruit (examples: strawberries, melons, and cantaloupe
Preparation:
Mix the marshmallow cream and cream cheese very well. Take your favorite fruit and dip into the cream mixture.

Ginger-Snap Banana Frozen Yogurt
2 Cups of softened vanilla frozen yogurt
6 gingersnap cookies, chopped
2 sliced bananas
1/4cup chopped toasted pecans
Voila! Makes four delicious servings.

Frozen Banana Bites
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Cut up 2 bananas into chunks and dip the banana chunks into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle the bananas with chopped peanuts and freeze for a few hours.
